Day 1: Arrival in Chennai
Upon arrival in Chennai, you will be met by your tour guide and driven to your hotel. After checking in and resting, you’ll enjoy a city tour of Chennai.
Explore the bustling markets, quaint streets, and famous landmarks such as the Kapaleeswarar Temple, Government Museum, Santhome Cathedral, and Fort St. George, which was built by the British East India Company in 1644.In the evening, you can take a stroll along the famous Marina Beach, one of the longest beaches in the world.
Day 2: Travel to Mahabalipuram
You’ll travel to Mahabalipuram, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located about an hour from Chennai.Here, you’ll visit the famous Shore Temple, Pancha Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, and Krishna’s Butterball, all of which are examples of ancient rock-cut temples and sculptures.You can also spend some time relaxing on the beautiful beaches in Mahabalipuram.
Day 3: Travel to Pondicherry
You’ll travel to Pondicherry, a former French colony that still retains its unique charm and architecture.You’ll visit the famous Aurobindo Ashram, where the philosopher Sri Aurobindo lived and taught his spiritual philosophy, as well as the Manakula Vinayagar Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Ganesha.You can also explore the quaint streets of the French Quarter, where you’ll find many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques.
Day 4: Travel to Thanjavur

Day 5: Travel to Madurai

Day 6: Travel to Periyar National Park
After breakfast, you’ll travel to Periyar National Park, located in the Western Ghats of Kerala.Here, you can enjoy a wildlife safari through the lush forests and hills of the park, which is home to elephants, tigers, leopards, and other animals.You can also take a boat ride on Lake Periyar, which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Day 7: Travel to Alleppey

Day 8: Travel to Kumarakom

Day 9: Travel to Cochin
You’ll travel to Cochin, a historic port city on the west coast of India.Here, you’ll visit the famous Jewish Synagogue, built in 1568, as well as the Chinese Fishing Nets, which are still used today by local fishermen.You’ll also explore the charming streets of Fort Kochi, where you’ll find many cafes, restaurants, and shops selling handicrafts and souvenirs.
Day 10: Travel to Mysore
You’ll travel to Mysore, known for its rich history and royal heritage.Here, you’ll visit the famous Mysore Palace, a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture that was once the residence of the Wodeyar dynasty of Mysore.You’ll also explore the beautiful Brindavan Gardens, located near the Krishnarajasagar Dam.
Day 11: Travel to Bangalore
